Abstract

The Covid-19 vaccine aims to boost the immunity of people actively so as not to get sick and if sick only experience mild pain and is not a source of transmission. After the Covid-19 vaccine there is a possibility of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI). The existence of misleading AEFI Covid-19 issues can reduce public confidence in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccine program, so that the public needs to be educated about AEFI Covid-19. This activity was carried out on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Wirabraja field in Bukittinggi City. Analysis of the problem situation is taken from the vaccine program, observation of vaccine coverage, field observation and identification of problems where the public still has worries about doing the Covid-19 vaccine and there are still many people who do not comply with health protocols in public places.  AEFI Covid-19education activities to the community in Bukittinggi City, the distribution of leaflets and masks can awaken the community about the importance ofcarrying out the Covid-19 vaccine and comply with health protocols
