UPAYA PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN DAN KESADARAN MASYARAKAT MENGENAI TB DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PAKAN KAMIS

Abstract


Tuberculosis (TB) is a global health problem, with the number of TB cases continuing to increase. TB is also one of the top 10 causes of death and the leading cause of infectious agents. Until now, no country has been free from TB. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

 Problems were found at the Pakan Kamis Health Center starting from analyzing the situation of the Puskesmas, identifying problems in the management of Puskesmas services by taking the one problem with the highest GAP from each UKM and UKP program, then formulating the problem and setting priority problems using the USG method. 6 (six) priority problems were set to become the priority targets of the Puskesmas, namely from the infectious disease eradication program regarding pulmonary TB with a GAP of 91.4%, from the MCH program on postpartum family planning with a GAP of 93.3%, from the Nutrition program regarding the distribution of adolescent iron. women with 80% GAP, from the UKM development program on UKGMD with 83.3% GAP, and Occupational Health Enterprises with 83.3% GAP, as well as the Health Promotion program regarding drug counseling to adolescents with 77.7% GAP
