SOSIALISASI CARA DAN TIPS MENGERJAKAN SOAL TOEFL PADA POGRAM STUDI DIPLOMA III FISIOTERAPI UNIVERSITAS FORT DE KOCK BUKITTINGGI

Abstract

One of the way to assess someone ability who uses English as a foreign language is through TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) test. The score of TOEFL may indicate how far someone understand about English. Because of that, most of education institutions require good TOEFL score to enroll the new students and the others institution also ask for TOEFL score to hire the new employee. The purpose of this activity was to help the students to know more about TOEFL test and how to solve the questions in that test. This activity was conducted on September, 9^th 2020 in Diploma III of Physiotherapy. The students were given some explanation about the TOEFL test, they were asked to give the questions and some examples of the questions that usually found in the TOEFL test were provided. In the last activity, the students had time to do the TOEFL test by their own to practice what they have already learned before. This activity is expected to help the students to solve the questions in TOEFL test in order to get the best score. This TOEFL score may help them to continue their education and also to get the job in the future.
