ASPERGILOMA PADA BEKAS TUBERKULOSIS PARU

Abstract


Aspergiloma merupakan infeksi jamur pada paru atau mikosis paru yang disebabkan oleh Aspergillus Fumigatus dengan frekuensi 95% dari kejadian infeksi aspergilosis. Aspergiloma merupakan kolonisasi  di dalam  kavitas paru  dengan sebagian besar (13-89%) disebabkan oleh  tuberkulosis. Gejala klinis beragam dapat tanpa gejala, bergejala ringan, berat hingga mengancam jiwa. Gejala yang ringan menyebabkan pasien tidak datang berobat hingga munculnya gejala berat sehingga tidak jarang pasien sudah tidak dapat tertolong lagi. Tatalaksana utama adalah operasi disamping Obat Anti Jamur (OAJ). Oleh karena itu, diagnosis dini aspergiloma dan tatalaksana segera akan memberikan prognosis yang baik.
