ANALISIS FAKTOR PELAKSANAAN CONTINUITY OF CARE PADA IBU TERHADAP KEJADIAN BALITA WASTING DI KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR TAHUN 2020
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan harus berjalansepanjang masa kehidupan manusia melalui Continuity of Care (CoC). Kejadian wasting di Kabupaten Tanah Datar belum mencapai target global menurunkan angka kejadian wasting menjadi kurang dari 5% pada tahun 2025. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap kejadian balita wasting di Kabupaten Tanah Datar tahun 2020. Metode penelitian: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian mixed methods dengan desain explanatory sequential Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan jumlah sampel 138 ibu balita yang memiliki balita wasting dan balita dengan berat badan normal. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan faktor yang terbentuk berpengaruh secara simultan antara lain: kelengkapan tablet ibu hamil, indeks masa tubuh ibu, pendidikan terakhir ibu dan keberlanjutan perawatan. Kesimpulan: Faktor yang berpengaruh paling dominan adalah faktor kelengkapan tablet ibu hamil. Saran: Diperlukan penyesuaian dan adaptasi dalam pelaksanaan pencegahan kejadian balita wasting dikarenakan pandemi covid-19.
