BRONKOSKOPI DAN KRIOTERAPI PADA DIAGNOSIS KANKER PARU

Abstract


Kanker paru merupakan penyakit keganasan tersering dan penyebab kematian utama terkait keganasan di dunia. Penentuan jenis sel histopatologis dan stadium kanker paru sangat penting untuk menentukan pendekatan pengobatan yang sesuai yang akan mempengaruhi morbiditas dan mortalitas. Metode invasif digunakan secara luas dalam diagnosis histopatologis kanker paru seperti kriobiopsi, biopsi forcep bronkoskopik, bronkial washing, bronkial brushing, dan aspirasi jarum transthoracic memiliki tingkat keberhasilan yang berbeda. Dilaporkan seorang pasien laki-laki, usia 67 tahun dengan keluhan sesak nafas dan batuk sejak 6 bulan sebelum masuk rumah sakit. Pasien datang dengan efusi pleura kanan, setelah dilakukan torakosintesis dan dikeluarkan cairan plaura 2350 ml tampak gambaran massa sentral paru kanan pada foto torak. Pasien dilakukan bronkoskopi dan kriobiopsi, didapatkan sampel biopsi ukuran 1 x 0,6 x 0,5 cm dengan perdarahan minimal post tindakan. Dari pemeriksaan histopatologi didapatkan hasil non keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma moderately differentiated.
