Abstract


One of the policy directions of the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) in health development is to improve health services towards universal health coverage, one of which is through efforts to improve maternal and child health including services for pregnant women or Antenatal Care (ANC). Maternal and infant mortality rates are currently a priority issue, which continues to seek the best interventions to reduce the number of cases. One of the efforts that can be made to reduce MMR-IMR is through the implementation of integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) and improving the quality of ANC services at the Health Center (Puskesmas). The aim of the study was to analyze the quality of ANC services at the Kampar District Health Center based on. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research type. The purpose of this study was to obtain in-depth and comprehensive information regarding the quality of ANC services at the Kampar District Health Center through interviews, observation of services and document review. The results of this study have not yet achieved health services for pregnant women according to standards, both national quality indicator standards and minimum service standards in the health sector. This is due to various input factors, output processes at the Kampar District Health Center. It is necessary to improve the quality of service, especially in implementing integrated ANC at the Health Center (Puskesmas).
