PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI MOBILE HEALTH DALAM UPAYA BERHENTI MEROKOK: STUDI LITERATUR

Abstrak

Merokok merupakan salah satu faktor risiko perilaku Penyakit Tidak Menular. Secara Global sekitar 1,3 miliar perokok di dunia tinggal di negara dengan penghasilan rendah dan menengah serta menyebabkan lebih dari 8 juta orang meninggal setiap tahunnya. Menurut Factsheet Global Youth Tobacco Survey di Indonesia sebanyak 4 dari 5 orang berusaha untuk berhenti merokok. Intervensi berbasis mobile telah banyak digunakan untuk memfasilitasi perubahan perilaku dalam domain kesehatan. Pengembangan teknologi terkini dalam membantu untuk berhenti merokok yaitu dengan bantuan perangkat Mobile Health. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara literatur mengenai penggunaan teknologi mobile health dalam upaya berhenti merokok. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penulisan ini adalah studi Literature menggunakan sumber database jurnal. Proses pencarian sumber pustaka melalui database diantaranya adalah ScienceDirect dan Ebscohost MEDLINE with Full Text  dengan kriteria inklusi yaitu artikel Free full text), dilakukan pada manusia, berbahasa inggris, artikel tahun 2018-2023 dan desain artikel berbentuk crossectional, case control, cohort, eksperimen. Kata kunci dalam pencarian jurnal ini yaitu Mobile Health AND Smoking AND Cessation. Diperoleh hasil pencarian sebanyak 13 artikel yang membahas mengenai penggunaan teknologi mobile health dalam program berhenti merokok. Hasil analisis ditemukan bentuk intervensi mobile health yang digunakan dalam upaya berhenti merokok yaitu enam artikel menggunakan aplikasi smartphone, enam artikel menggunakan pesan teks dan satu artikel menggunakan augment reality. Kesimpulan yang di dapatkan bahwa terdapat manfaat dalam penggunaan aplikasi mobile health dan kepuasan responden dalam menjalani program berhenti merokok dengan bantuan aplikasi mobile health
