ELEKTROGRAM INTRAKARDIAK PADA ATRIAL FLUTTER
Abstract
Aritmia adalah irama detak jantung yang tidak normal. Atrial flutter adalah salah satu aritmia yang paling umum dan ditandai dengan irama jantung abnormal yang cepat, Atrial Flutter dapat menyebabkan palpitasi, kelelahan, sinkop, dan emboli. Ketika atrial flutter terjadi, sinyal dari nodus sinoatrial bergerak melalui atrium kanan dengan kecepatan dan kontinuitas yang tidak normal. Hal ini menyebabkan atrium jantung berdetak terlalu cepat sekitar 250-320 denyut per menit (bpm), dan ventrikel jantung biasanya berdetak sekitar 150 bpm. Atrial flutter adalah takikardia macroreentrant yang dapat berupa flutter atrium tipikal atau atipikal, tergantung pada lokasinya. Sumbu listrik dari gelombang flutter membantu mengidentifikasi penyebab atrial flutter. Faktor risiko terjadinya Atrial Flutter, termasuk usia gender 50 tahun ke atas, hipertensi, penyakit jantung koroner, penyakit jantung bawaan, merokok, dan diabetes militus. Atrial Flutter dapat diidentifikasi dengan bentuk gelombang karakteristik EKG. Gambaran EKG pada Atrial flutter terlihat bergerigi. Elektrogram intrakardiak adalah rekaman aktivitas listrik di ruang jantung menggunakan elektroda multipolar yang ditempatkan di dalam jantung. IEGM direkam pada kecepatan yang jauh lebih tinggi dari 100 hingga 200 mm/detik.
