TUGAS DAN PERAN TEKNISI KARDIOVASKULAR DALAM ABLASI ATRIAL FLUTTER

Abstract


Ablasi jantung adalah perawatan yang digunakan untuk memperbaiki irama jantung yang disebabkan oleh aritmia termasuk atrial flutter. Atrial flutter dibagi menjadi atrial flutter tipikal dan atipikal. Contoh khas dari sirkuit re-entry adalah untuk kembali ke septum atrium dan menghasilkan pulsa gelombang melalui isthmus yang tertutup secara unilateral antara vena cava inferior dan sinus koroner dan anulus. Radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) sangat efektif sebagai terapi lini pertama untuk mempertahankan irama sinus dari atrial flutter dengan tingkat keberhasilan lebih dari 90%. Perawatan utama untuk atrial flutter adalah ablasi kateter pada vena cava trisep. Teknisi kardiovaskular perlu memahami prosedur ablasi atrial flutter, pemantauan hemodinamik, pengukuran hasil, dan interpretasi. Selama tindakan, teknisi kardiovaskular juga memantau tanda-tanda vital, perubahan EKG, dan perubahan tekanan yang terjadi pada pasien dan segera memberi tahu operator jika ada perubahan. Teknisi kardiovaskular juga melakukan entri data pada monitor.
