HUBUNGAN WAKTU TEMPUH PERJALANAN TERHADAP KELUHAN KESEHATAN PADA PEKERJA KOMUTER: TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS

Abstract


Mobilitas sirkuler yang mencakup pola mobilitas ulang-alik atau istilahnya commuting merupakan pergerakan penduduk yang tidak menetap di daerah tujuan, dan menjadi lebih aktif dengan kemajuan teknologi digital. Commuting, perjalanan rutin dari rumah ke tempat kerja, menjadi bagian integral kehidupan modern, terutama di kota besar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan tinjauan sistematis dalam mengkaji hubungan waktu tempuh perjalanan (commuting) terhadap kesehatan pada pekerja komuter. Penelitian ini merupakan Systematic Review – meta analysis menggunakan PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis) dengan dua database yaitu Science Direct dan Google Scholar dalam rentang waktu 2019 - 2024. Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel studi cross-sectional atau longitudinal yang dipublikasikan dalam bahasa Inggris. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “commute time, health complaints, workers, long commute”, dan menghasilkan 7 artikel yang dipilih untuk analisis lebih lanjut, 3 artikel termasuk dalam Q1, 2 artikel masuk kategori Q2, 1 termasuk Q3, dan lainnya termasuk dalam Q4. Analisis terhadap 7 artikel menunjukkan bahwa waktu commuting yang panjang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kesehatan fisik dan mental pekerja. Pekerja yang menghabiskan lebih banyak waktu untuk commuting cenderung mengalami berbagai masalah kesehatan seperti gangguan muskuloskeletal, gangguan tidur, nyeri punggung bawah, dan masalah kesehatan mental termasuk depresi, kecemasan, dan kelelahan. Hasil ini menyoroti pentingnya mempertimbangkan dampak kesehatan dari waktu commuting dalam pengaturan kerja dan kebijakan transportasi.
