Focus and Scope
The focus of the REAL Nursing Journal (RNJ) is the results of scientific research and studies in the field of nursing.
This RNJ focuses on publishing original research results that have not been published anywhere, the issues published by RNJ include the development of science and scientific studies in all areas of the nursing field, namely, basic nursing, medical surgical nursing, maternity nursing, pediatric nursing, mental nursing, nursing. Gerontological mursing, family nursing, community nursing, nursing management, and nursing education.
RNJ is a double blind peer reviewed journal, published three (3) times a year by Universitas Fort De Kock Bukittinggi. Journals published are scientific articles of research results in the form of research results (original articles), literature studies (literature reviews) and case reports that focus on the fields and areas of nursing as a whole. RNJ is open to academics and university researchers, research institutes, librarians, postgraduate and doctoral students to share information on research results. RNJ is positioned as a forum for academics and practitioners to share scientific information about research results.
The purpose of RNJ is to provide original, relevant and up-to-date research information in the field of nursing, with high integrity and to provide an effective need for scientists, especially in the field of nursing who provide scientific articles of research results with "open access" to support mutual exchange of nursing knowledge globally.

Peer Review Process
The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by an editor. It will be evaluated in the office, whether it is suitable for our focus and scope or has a major methodological flaw. This manuscript will be sent to at least two anonymous reviewers (Single Blind Review). Reviewers' comments are then sent to the corresponding author for necessary actions and responses. The suggested decision will be evaluated in an editorial board meeting. Afterwards, the editor will send the final decision to the corresponding author.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Copyright
In order to be accepted and published by RNJ, author(s) submitting the article manuscript should complete all the reviewer stages. By submitting the manuscript, the author(s) agreed to these following terms :
The copyright of received articles shall be assigned to RNJ as the publisher of the journal. the intended copyright includes the rights to publish articles ini various form (including reprints). RNJ maintain the publishing rights to the publishing rights to the published articles.
Authors are permitted to disseminate published article by sharing the link/DOI of the article at RNJ. Authors are allowed to use their articles for any with an legal purpose deemed necessary without written permission from RNJ with an acknowledgement of initial publication to this journal.
